Placing their next appointment on the back of your card will give you insurance that they will be coming back. If they took their precious time to place the appointment then they will KEEP your card on their person or someplace where they will be easily reminded of you. My experience has shown that if they think of you daily then they should be more apt to refer you to their friends and colleagues.
Loyalty Card
Give the customer a reason to buy from you. Put a discount of freebie on the back of your card such as, “Buy 10 get 1 Free”. When they purchase that product, just initial in one of the ten boxes until they have them all filled out. To prevent forgeries, keep their loyalty card with you by the register or somewhere that will not get lost.
“Spend $100.00 and get $5.00 off your next visit.”
This is a great way to get them to spend MORE money AND come back to do it again. You will need cards that give the given amount on it that says, save X amount on your next purchase on the back BUT it has Your logo on the front.
Give Your Sales People Incentive
Use their cards to get referrals. Offer an incentive to your sales staff to get them motivated to sell more, more, more. By placing a “I just met Salesman X” on the back of the card with the customers name, put the referral card on a leader board so the rest of the sales staff can see it and light a fire in them to Beat the Leader.
